Thank you for shopping with K Beauté Cosmetics. Due to the nature of cosmetic products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.



Returns



We do not accept returns on any products once they have been purchased.



Refunds



Refunds will only be issued in the following situations:


  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged during shipping



If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.



Non-Refundable Situations



We do not issue refunds for:


  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Normal variations in product appearance or packaging
